Big Stax 1100 (Day 2): Real Poker

Level 22 (Blinds 10,000/20,000/3,000)

Total Entries: 428
Players Remaining: 32
Chip Average: 669,000 (33 big blinds)

Ideal Morina
Two of the biggest stacks in the room just went head to head at Table 47.

Before the flop, Ideal Morina raised to 109,000 and got a call from Daniel Woolson.

Flop: 8 6♣ 2♠

Woolson was first to act and checked his option, allowing Morina to lead out for 123,000. Woolson raised to 260,000, and then the tank was on.

Morina sat in silence for 5 minutes before someone at the table asked for a clock. The tournament supervisor gave him another minute and 10 seconds, and as he was counting off the final 10 seconds, Morina announced a re-raise.

He pushed another 400,000 chips into the pot. Woolson wasted no time in folding.

Morina flipped over A J to reveal a ballsy bluff.

"I guess we're really playing poker now," said James Lillis.

Morina now has 1.5 million chips. His 49ers aren't doing much of anything in this Sunday night game, though.
