Since posting the most recent chip counts, the action at the final table has been slow and deliberate. Only a couple of all-ins (none that were called), not many hands going to showdown, and just a few blind v. blind confrontations that ended before the flop. The pay jumps are beginning to enter into the equation for these players, as the difference in eighth place and fifth place is over $10,000 (just a small example). We can also look at the different between eighth place and first place...which is over $100,000.
