Adam Larkin (New York, NY) played his first hand as player returned from break one level ago...he is now one of the chip leaders in the room.  The critical pot came about (10) minutes ago when Larkin busted Jimmy Lillis with K♠ K♣ > Q♠ Q♥, giving Adam triple the starting stack only two orbits into his day.

Larkin has continued to pressure the table, and now sits with just over 170,000.  Larkin's table housed a handful of notables when he first sat down, but a couple of them have left their seats since, including Renata Colache.

Colache relayed to the media that she ran K♦ K♥ into A♠ A♣, and will not be re-entering the event.  Her work schedule does not allow her time to fire another bullet in this event, but she will likely be back for either the 500 or 1000 later in the series.
